Updated General Mechanics:

1. WinZir Weekly Raffle is raffled every Saturday, at 6:00 p.m.
2. The player must be registered and fully verified.
3. The player must have made a TOTAL DEPOSIT of P5,000.00 within the last seven (7) days from Saturday 12:00 AM to Friday 11:59 PM.
4. Winners must fully wager their prizes before they are eligible to make a withdrawal request.
5. Winners must contact our live chat support to claim their prizes.
6. The winners will have seven (7) days to claim their prizes. Otherwise, they will be voided.

 

Other Provisions:

1. The participation of the player in the aforesaid promotion shall be deemed his or her acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. WinZir reserves its right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any given time and with or without just cause(s).
3. The use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The same shall be prima facie evidence of fraud and shall be a ground for disqualification.
4. Should there be a probable cause on the existence of fraud, WinZir reserves the right to preventively suspend the account for investigation. Should there be a conclusive proof of the existence of fraud, WinZir reserves its right to close the account.
5. Any decision regarding the promotion shall be final and irrevocable unless there is valid ground to lift or reconsider the same.
6. The prizes shall not be transferable.

1. The promotion called the "WinZir Weekly Raffle" shall be administered by WinZir through its official website and in accordance with the guidelines of the Philippine Gaming Corporation and other relevant Philippine Laws and Jurisprudence.
2. The player shall be compliant with the WinZir Terms and Conditions to be qualified.
   Only those aged 21 and above are eligible to avail the promotion.

4. Any promotion of the WinZir Weekly Raffle via its official social media account is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or affiliated with Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media network.
5. WinZir reserves its right to refuse the promotion to anyone who violates WinZir Terms and conditions, WinZir Weekly Raffle Terms and Conditions, and other relevant laws and regulations duly issued by proper authorities.
6. WinZir reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the rules of the WinZir Weekly Raffle, or any part of the terms and conditions, without prior notice in the event of force majeure, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, Act of God, fraud, or any other factor beyond WinZir's reasonable control that could impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by WinZir in its sole discretion.
7. If WinZir updates its terms and conditions, the updated version will be indicated by a new "Revised" date, and it shall be effective as soon as it is approved by Philippine Gaming Corporation. Participants are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions on a regular basis to stay up to date on any changes. The continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the changes.
