What is the VIP loyalty program and how does it work?

- Deposit Execution period: a week, from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59.
- Bonus amount Calculation period: the next week after making the deposit.
- Awarding period: after the end of the second week, at 00:01 Monday (Philippian time).
Sports Turnover Provisions
- Qualifying bet must be settled as Won or Lost. If bets are cancelled, returned or cashed out, they will not bet included in the turnover amount calculation.
- Qualifying odds per each bet must be 1.30 or higher.
- Qualifying bet markets – in-play/live or pre-match.
- Qualifying bet types – single and multiple bets.
- Only bets made with real money count (free bet stakes do not qualify).

Case Study
Let’s consider during a week from Monday to Sunday which corresponds to the dates 13.11 to 19.11.23 (calculation starts every Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59), player A makes a deposit of P400,000 in total, and automatically gets VIP membership card of GOLD level on 20 November.
Now, looking ahead to the next week (20-26.11.23), if this player achieves a certain turnover in sports or experiences losses in Casino or Live Casino, on 27 August he/she will receive additional bonuses corresponding to his/her VIP level.
To provide further details, if the player places sports bets during the next week after receiving VIP membership (in this example 20-26.11.23) with a minimum qualifying turnover of P400,000, he/she will get a 1% bonus of the turnover in Sports. On the other hand, if the player suffers losses in Casino or Live Casino during the same week (20-26.11.23), he/she will receive an extra 3% bonus based on the NET loss amount.
OTHER PROVISIONS:
- The participation of the player in the aforesaid promotion shall be deemed his or her acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- WinZir reserves its right to amend subject to PAGCOR’s approval, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any given time and with or without just cause(s).
- The use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The same shall be prima facie evidence of fraud and shall be a ground for disqualification.
- Should there be a probable cause on the existence of fraud, WinZir reserves the right to preventively suspend the account for investigation. Should there be a conclusive proof of the existence of fraud, WinZir reserves its right to close the account.
- Any decision regarding the VIP CLUB BONUS shall be final and irrevocable unless there is valid ground to lift or reconsider the same.
- The VIP Cashback promotion will be active from 13.11.23 until further notice.
