Eligibility:
1. Open to new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders
2. Must be 21 years or older and residing in the Philippines
How to Enter:
1. Cash-in/Top-up: Use Maya Wallet to top up your WinZir wallet with a minimum of ₱1,500.
2. Raffle Entry: Each ₱1,500 minimum top-up earns one (1) raffle entry.
3. Automatic Entry: Raffle entries are automatically given after a qualified transaction.
Notifications:
- Users will receive an SMS notification for their raffle entry.
- No additional registration needed.
Draw Details:
1. Raffle draw will be done on August 7, 2024.
2. Winners will be notified via Maya-registered email, snail mail, and mobile number.
3. Draws will be conducted with a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
Prizes: 5 winners will each receive ₱50,000.
Other Terms & Conditions:
1. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge the message (registered
notice) sent by Maya. Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and
Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners with prior DTI approval.
2. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
a. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
b. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
c. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
d. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
e. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
f. The redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
3. Winners must acknowledge and respond by presenting the following documents prior to the
awarding of the prizes:
a. Full Name,
b. Maya-registered mobile number,
c. Present
d. address, and
e. 1 Valid ID (Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address.
4. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize
if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
5. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
6. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and the participating partners’
and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies,
including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from
joining the promotion.
7. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
8. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from
participating in this promo.
9. In case of dispute regarding customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision
shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be
resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
10. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to
be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to
win prizes or receive benefits).
11. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on
the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and
