Today, we commemorate the life and legacy of Ninoy Aquino Jr., a hero who bravely stood for our democracy and freedom. As we reflect on his sacrifice, let’s remember his powerful words: "The Filipino is worth dying for." 🕊️
Let's also reflect on the power of resilience and the pursuit of a better tomorrow. 🙌
However, this year, the observance of Ninoy Aquino Day has been moved to August 23, creating a long weekend to boost domestic tourism ahead of National Heroes' Day! 🤍
